Not at all. While perinatal and postpartum mental health are at the heart of our practice, we support women through every stage of the motherhood journey.
Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, adjusting to life with a new baby, navigating the toddler years, balancing the demands of raising older children, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of motherhood, we're here to help.
Motherhood doesn't come with an expiration date, and neither does the need for support. Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve a space to feel heard, understood, and cared for.

The cost of therapy varies depending on the type of service you're seeking, such as individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, home-based sessions, or outdoor therapy

We understand that life happens—especially during the busy and unpredictable seasons of motherhood. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Yes. Your privacy is a top priority. Everything discussed during therapy is kept confidential and protected by law, with a few limited exceptions required by state and federal regulations.
Confidentiality may need to be broken if there is concern about imminent harm to yourself or someone else, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, or if records are required by a valid court order or other legal obligation.
We'll review confidentiality and its limits in detail during your first appointment, and you're always welcome to ask questions. Our goal is to create a safe, trusting space where you feel comfortable sharing openly and honestly.
-
Most individual and couples therapy sessions last 50–55 minutes, providing dedicated time to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and work toward your goals.
Group therapy sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, depending on the group format and topic.
If a longer session is recommended for your specific needs, we'll discuss this with you in advance and ensure you understand the available options.
-
The frequency of therapy is unique to each person and depends on your goals, current challenges, and stage of motherhood. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish support, then transition to every other week or less frequently as they make progress.
During your initial consultation and first few sessions, we'll work together to determine a schedule that best meets your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your treatment plan can be adjusted over time as your life and goals change.
Our goal is to provide the right level of support for you—not more than you need, and never less than you deserve.
