Sydney Dreyer

Founder & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate

Hi, I'm Sydney.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) with a passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and every season of motherhood.

As a mother of three, I know that motherhood can bring some of the most meaningful moments of your life—and some of the hardest. It changes your identity, your relationships, your body, and sometimes even your sense of yourself. While this season is often filled with joy, it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and nothing like you expected.

That's why I created Motherhood Uncensored.

My goal is to create a space where moms can show up exactly as they are—whether that means crying during session, holding a baby, drinking cold coffee, or admitting that motherhood feels harder than expected. Here, there is no pressure to have it all together. You don't have to hide the messy parts or carry them alone.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I combine this collaborative approach with evidence-based therapy while caring for the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and emotional well-being. As a Christian-founded practice, my work is guided by values of grace, compassion, and genuine connection, while welcoming mothers from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Whether we're meeting virtually, in your home, on a stroller walk, or outdoors in nature, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and reminded that you don't have to navigate motherhood alone.

When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me spending time with my husband and our three children, hiking, visiting the beach, getting lost in a good book, or baking something sweet for my family.

You don't have to be "fixed." You deserve support, understanding, and a place where you can simply be you.
